The name is not settled. The building goes by Vista del Mar, while most of the titles inside inscribe the community as VISTA MARINA, one of them with a variant spelling; part of the building is labelled Torre B, though most units carry no tower label at all. Both signals point the same way — this record covers one component of a larger registered community.

Public architectural records describe a Torre Vista Marina on Avenida Balboa, built by Empresas Bern, completed in the same year and to the same 44 floors carried here, standing 161 metres. Its twin next door is registered and sold separately as Villa del Mar. Three names crowd one stretch of avenue — Vista del Mar, Vista Marina, Villa del Mar — and a search by name alone can land on the wrong one.
