Ville di Firenze

Ville di Firenze is a community of houses in the corregimiento of Ancón, completed in 2006. Ninety-nine units are registered in it: ninety-eight houses, each on its own title, and one parent title covering the community as a whole.

Two floors is the height on record, and it describes the houses themselves — two-level homes standing side by side, with nothing stacked above them. Every titled home here is a house; not one is an apartment.

Security is the one amenity on record. What the owners share is grounds and security rather than lifts and a façade, and the common budget follows that shape.

Open mapping data reads the site as a residential area of its own, named Villa di Firenze, inside Ancón: five internal streets, Calle 1 through Calle 5, and a perimeter closed by wall and fence rather than opening onto the surrounding road grid. Immediately across that line are a school, Instituto Atenea, and the Bosque Urbano. That puts standing trees along one edge of the estate and a school's hours along another.
