Tuscany Tower — also listed as PH Tuscany — has stood on Calle Winston Churchill since 2001, part of the established generation that gave Punta Paitilla its character before the barrio's new-tower wave. It rises 27 floors, about 90 meters, and holds only around 46 residences: one or two apartments per level.

That low density is the point. Units run large-format, roughly 265 to 528 m², with the crown of the tower given over to multi-level duplexes — among them a five-bedroom spanning the two uppermost floors. The social area is unusually large for a residential tower, at about 1,500 m².

This is established Paitilla rather than the new-tower wave. Next to recent arrivals like Aquapoint or Wanders & Yoo, Tuscany Tower is the classic profile of the barrio: larger homes, fewer of them, and the privacy that comes with both.
