TheSeawaves rises 45 floors on Avenida Ricardo Arango in Bella Vista, a name that serves here as both barrio and corregimiento within the district of Panamá, and was finished in 2009. It holds 161 registered units, every one an apartment. Estación Iglesia del Carmen, on Metro Line 1, is about 250 metres from the building.

Beyond the apartments the building carries almost nothing: no commercial premises, no parking titles and no building-wide parent title, with a single untyped title as the only other entry. A 45-floor building whose registered contents are apartments and little else is residential top to bottom, and 161 owners carry it between them.

Apartments here went to market in two formats, roughly 97.5 and 125 m², served by an amenity level on the fifth floor with adult and children's pools, a gym, party rooms, a children's play area, two jacuzzis and a barbecue terrace. That shared floor sits outside the registered file, which records the homes and nothing built around them.
