The Point

The Point was completed in 2011 in Paitilla, corregimiento of San Francisco, developed by Desarrollo Bahía to a design by Mallol Arquitectos. Its 140 units are all apartments, with one common-area title filed alongside them.

At 266 metres it was the tallest residential building in Latin America when it opened, and it is still picked out from most of the city. A silhouette that recognisable places the address without a street name.

Five distinct tower labels appear across those titles — Main, T100, T200, T300 and T400 — and the 67-floor height belongs to a single tower rather than the whole. A unit described as high-floor here is high within its own tower.

The name is not filed consistently: some titles read Mirador at The Point, others Miradores at The Point. Both variants sit over the same 140 apartments, so either spelling can turn up on paperwork for this address.
