Sevilla Towers is a twin-tower complex — Torre 1000 and Torre 2000, two identical high-rises of 49 floors each, rising about 165 meters — set beside the Corredor Sur in Costa del Este. Completed in 2009 by developer Inversiones Natasha, the pair holds roughly 251 apartments and cuts a familiar silhouette on the way into the district.

A gym, a swimming pool and sports and social areas serve the pair. The 49 floors describe one tower, so a unit advertised here as a high floor is high inside Torre 1000 or Torre 2000.

The towers went up early, when master-planned Costa del Este was still filling in, and newer buildings have grown up around them since. That leaves them close to the district's wide, walkable streets and quick Corredor Sur access — solid, spacious residential stock that suits families and professionals who want room and an easy commute over a marquee address.
