Q TOWER rises 226 metres over 65 floors in Punta Pacífica, completed in 2011 and holding 150 units. Habitats Realty developed it.

The amenities on file are a pool, a gym, a concierge, security, a sports court and a social area. A brokerage profile of the building extends that list: two pools plus a separate children's pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a massage room, a barbecue area and a 300-person ballroom, entered through a porte-cochère with personalized access control. Every one of those services is maintained by the same 150 units.

The same profile puts the apartments at 306 to 363 m², three and four bedrooms, with two parking spaces assigned to each unit — a household with two cars is covered without a second space to find.
