PH. Villa Carrasquilla

PH. Villa Carrasquilla is a completed complex of roughly 108 apartments spread across three towers — Torre 1, Torre 2 and Torre 3 — in Carrasquilla, on the Vía España edge of the San Francisco corregimiento. The "PH" stands for propiedad horizontal — each apartment individually titled — and those titles date the place: 108 of them first enter the record in 1994, placing Villa Carrasquilla in the early-to-mid-1990s generation of modest, mid-market buildings that defines this part of the city.

Eleven house titles and a master-community title belong to the same property, so the assembly that sets the shared budget seats house owners alongside apartment owners, and the three towers are governed as one and not as three.

The ground beneath it goes back further. Its paper trail reaches July 1961 through the finca madre, the parent land title from which the property was later carved.

This is not a skyline complex, and Carrasquilla is not a skyline barrio: it is a central, everyday stretch of the city along the Vía España corridor, built mostly at small and mid-rise scale. Villa Carrasquilla fits it — an affordable, practical group of buildings suited to first-time buyers and to residents who stay.
