PH Victory Sport

PH Victory Sport rises 24 floors in Coco del Mar — Loma Alegre on the administrative map, in the San Francisco corregimiento — between Punta Pacífica and Costa del Este, with Parque Omar close by. The Velopers finished it in 2022.

It comes as one of a pair. Victory Wellness is the companion tower, and residents of each have access to the amenities of both — The Velopers calls the two together the Victory Active Community — so the shared spaces reach further than the building itself. The developer counts more than 2,700 m² of shared space: a gym, a running track, a climbing wall, a multisport court and a squash court on the active side; pools, a lounge, a children's zone, a barbecue area and a pet park on the social side. A cinema is the one facility itemised on the building's own file.

All 122 apartments hold their own titles, which is what makes them buyable, financeable and resellable, and one commercial premises is titled alongside them. They come in three plans — 77 m², 110 m² and 125 m² — two or three to a side of the tower. The same square metres are sold in more than one configuration — 77 m² as one or two bedrooms, 110 m² as up to three, 125 m² as two or three — so two apartments of matching size are not necessarily the same home.
