PH The Residences

PH The Residences is a three-tower complex on Calle Punta Chiriquí, on the seaward edge of Punta Pacífica, in the corregimiento of San Francisco, completed in 2018. Thirty-two apartments are registered across the three towers, and the seven floors on file describe one tower rather than the complex.

The floorplates are large: three-bedroom units of 360 m², four-bedroom units of 705 to 721 m² with two service rooms, and two-level penthouses of 1,315 to 1,372 m². The project describes three low-density towers, which is also how the units divide across Torre 100, Torre 200 and Torre 300.

The common areas of all three towers are funded by those 32 apartments: a ground-floor social area with terraces, a pool with reflecting water, gazebos and landscaping facing the sea, plus a gymnasium and an events salon.
