PH The Cosmopolitan (San Francisco)

The Cosmopolitan is a two-tower residential complex in San Francisco — Torre A and Torre B, 27 floors, finished in 2010 by Grupo GEA Panamá. It sits on Calle 67 Este at Calle Matilde de Obarrio de Malex, a block off Vía Israel and minutes from Multiplaza Pacific and the Metro, so daily errands and the rest of the city stay close.

The two towers share a full amenity set: two pools, a gym, an events hall, and children's play areas, with a round-the-clock lobby, guest parking, a backup generator, and a water reserve. Ground-floor commercial locales sit below the residences, and the 108 apartments run mid-size, one to three bedrooms — a practical, well-located building geared to families rather than a signature tower. The fee, the repairs and each assembly vote divide across those 108 households.

One note: this San Francisco Cosmopolitan is a different building from the unrelated Cosmopolitan Towers in Pueblo Nuevo.
