PH Sunrise Tower

PH Sunrise Tower stands on Calle 53 Este in Obarrio, the banking district around Calle 50 with its concentration of banks, insurers and hotel offices, a few blocks from Avenida Balboa and the Cinta Costera along the bay. The tower was finished in 2006 and rises 23 floors.

Its 71 units belong to one building, so the fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are settled inside that group. Security is the one shared service on record, and the same 71 owners fund it between them.

Apartment listings from inside the tower describe a pool, a gym and a sauna. Two common-area titles and two land titles are inscribed alongside the apartments, so part of the shared property here is held as property in its own right.
