PH Sky Park

PH Sky Park is a two-tower apartment complex on Vía España in Carrasquilla, in the corregimiento of San Francisco, completed in 2017. Its towers are named Torre A and Torre B, and Parque Omar is a few minutes away on foot.

Thirty-five floors is the height of one tower, and there are two of them. A unit described as high-floor here is high inside its own tower, and the 230 apartments on file span both towers together rather than one structure.

The shared ground is substantial: pools for adults and children, a sky lounge bar, a gym, a multi-use court, gazebos and barbecue terraces, with four high-speed elevators serving the towers. One house title sits inside the complex alongside the apartments and the parent title of the scheme, and because both towers belong to that one scheme, the maintenance budget and the assembly votes run across the pair rather than tower by tower.
