PH Prestige Bella Vista

PH Prestige Bella Vista was delivered in 2022 by Emporium Developers: 28 floors holding 48 registered apartments, on Calle 45 Este, a few steps from Parque Urracá and the Cinta Costera.

Bella Vista is one of the older parts of Panama City that keeps taking in new towers, so a 2022 delivery here stands among neighbours of very different vintages, with low-rise blocks and empty lots still in the mix around it.

Forty-eight apartments in a tower that tall is a small ownership group. The monthly fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are shared among 48 owners rather than a few hundred, and each of the 48 holds its own title.

The developer's plans put two apartments on a floor, from 195 m² up to a duplex penthouse of 335 m² on the 28th, and name a pool, a fitness centre, a co-working room, an owner's lounge, a game room and a children's room among the shared spaces — a seller's list rather than a recorded one. At two apartments a floor, a lift here opens onto two doors.
