PH Pacific Point, Torre 700 is one tower inside the Pacific Point development on the bay in Punta Pacífica, finished in 2008 by Pacific Developers. It stands 49 floors and holds 64 apartments. That height belongs to this tower alone, so a listing that calls a unit here high-floor is describing Torre 700 and not the complex around it.

Pacific Point covers 45,000 square metres behind a gated entrance — towers and villas among tropical gardens, a waterfront promenade, children's play areas and tennis courts, and a clubhouse with squash and racquetball courts, a gymnasium and an aerobics room. Those belong to the development. None of them appear on Torre 700's own record, which lists no shared facilities.
