P.H. Ocean Villas by George Moreno is a community of houses on Ocean Reef Islands, in the corregimiento of San Francisco, completed in 2021. Ocean Reef Islands is a pair of man-made islands raised from the sea beside Panama City and joined to each other by a bridge, so the ground under this community was engineered before anything was built on it.

The titles inscribed so far cover the community as a whole rather than the individual homes, so the number of houses on the site is not yet fixed in writing. Nothing here is registered as an apartment, which is what a community of houses looks like on paper.

Project material for the villas describes six of them facing the sea, roughly 404 to 664 m² each, laid out over three levels above a semi-basement, with three or four bedrooms and a private patio. A second project on the same islands is called Ocean Villas by Mallol, so a search on that name alone returns two different sets of houses.

Grupo Los Pueblos developed it and George Moreno & Partners designed it — the architect's name carried inside the community's own.
