PH Ocean Park torre 1

PH Ocean Park torre 1 rises 44 floors over Boulevard Pacífica in Punta Pacífica, corregimiento of San Francisco — one of two 141-metre concrete twin towers, and among the first residential complexes built in that part of the city. Grupo Corcione developed it, George Moreno & Partners designed it, and it was completed in 2005.

Sixty-two apartments hold individual title here, and that is the whole of the building's stock. Each floor has its own vestibule with a separate service entrance, so a resident steps out of the lift into a private landing instead of a shared corridor. The lobby is finished in marble and hardwoods, the apartments face the Pacific and the Amador Causeway, and units run up to 258 m².

Two labels travel with this building: it is listed as torre 1 while every title beneath it is marked Torre 2, the same 62 apartments under either name. Published descriptions of the complex add outdoor pools, a gym, and sports and social areas — facilities those 62 owners maintain between them.
