PH Ocean Front Penthouses

PH Ocean Front Penthouses rises 28 floors in Punta Paitilla, finished in 2021 and recorded as complete. Sixty-seven apartments make up the building, and no developer or amenity list is named alongside them.

The tower stands on Calle Heliodoro Patiño with the water directly in front of it, near Parque Paitilla. Listings put the residences between about 320 and 565 m² — three bedrooms at the lower end, five at the top — looking across Punta Pacífica, the Pacific and its islands, and describe more than 2,000 m² of shared space: pools for adults and children, a sauna and steam room, a gym, an owners' lounge, a children's area, a double-height event hall and a 360-degree terrace. Those come from sellers, not from the building's own file.

Sixty-seven apartments is a small ownership base for a tower of that height. The structure, the shared installations and every assembly decision rest on those 67 owners: each vote weighs more, and each owner's share of a major repair weighs more with it.
