PH Los Pilares

PH Los Pilares is a two-tower residential complex in San Francisco de la Caleta, set on Calle 78 Este at the junction with Avenida 5 Sur, in the blocks inland from the ATLAPA convention centre. Torre 1 and Torre 2 stand under one community, and the eight floors on file describe a single tower, so a unit advertised here as top-floor is top of its own tower.

Twenty-seven apartments cover both towers combined. Every shared cost and every assembly vote is carried by those 27 homes, spread across two buildings. No completion year is confirmed for the complex, and no developer is named.

Alongside the apartments, the same community holds two titles typed as house, one for land, and two umbrella titles covering the complex as a whole.

The recorded amenities are a social area and a playground. Listings for the complex add a pool inside that social area and a backup generator for the common areas, which keeps the shared spaces lit and running through a power cut.
