Grupo Latorraca delivered it around 2019 with roughly 84 apartments, and it is not the developer's only address in San Francisco — PH Latorraca and PH Lilina Latorraca are theirs too.
Units follow the typical two-bedroom, two-bath format, mostly 89–104 m² with balconies and Italian double-glazed windows; upper floors pick up Pacific views.
