PH. Esmeralda

PH. Esmeralda sits at Calle Arturo D. Motta 7408 in El Cangrejo, within the corregimiento of Bella Vista. Twenty-one apartments hold individual title, and nothing else in the building does: no commercial premises, no parking space and no storage room is titled separately, so the whole community here is residential.
