PH Dupont Tower

PH Dupont carries an unusually deep, resort-style amenity deck for a residential tower on the Punta Pacífica point: two swimming pools, a sun deck, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym, alongside a squash court, a basketball court, a children's playground and a golf putting green. Security runs around the clock.

Grupo Los Pueblos delivered the tower in 2010. Fifty-two floors carry 168 apartments, four to a level, and its homes open onto wide terraces with floor-to-ceiling bedroom windows, granite kitchen counters and imported cabinetry and fixtures. Four apartments to a landing means three neighbours between a front door and the lift, not a corridor of them.

The tower looks straight out over Panama Bay and the Pacific from one of the city's most established high-rise addresses. Everyday life leans on walkable access to the Pacifica Salud hospital, the Calle Uruguay dining strip, the banking district and Club Union close by.
