PH Costanera rises 54 floors in Bella Vista, delivered in 2022 by Pacific Hills and registered as P.H. COSTANERA. The tower faces the Cinta Costera, and its shared floors hold a sky lounge, a gym, a squash court, a cinema room, a kids club and pools for adults and children.

Apartments run from about 123 m² up to 394 m² at penthouse level. A 123 m² apartment and a 394 m² penthouse sit in the same building and vote in the same assembly.
