PH Costa Pacífica

PH Costa Pacífica went up in 2006 as one of the first developments on Punta Pacífica — years before the peninsula filled in with the glass skyline it carries today. The complex spreads across multiple 36-floor towers with roughly ninety apartments between them.

Its character is family-scale rather than showpiece. Layouts run two to four bedrooms — three-bedroom units span roughly 145 to 267 m² — and the amenities read like a sports club: tennis and squash courts, pools, a gym, spa and playground, with ocean views.

Punta Pacífica is now a finished neighborhood: an oceanfront peninsula beside the banking district, anchored by the Johns Hopkins-affiliated Pacífica Salud hospital, its last tower delivered in 2021. Costa Pacífica remains the established first-generation address — an unpretentious way into a barrio otherwise defined by newer glass towers.
