PH Costa Esmeralda

PH Costa Esmeralda is a community of houses in Costa Sur, in the corregimiento of Juan Díaz. It sits on Avenida Costa Sur and is reached from the Corredor Sur, the road that links Costa del Este with Tocumen airport.

Seventy-three houses here hold their own individual title, and those are the homes that can be bought, financed and resold as they stand. A further thirty-two titles carry no type, so what each one covers is not distinguished. No overall unit count is stored for the community, and a six-floor figure appears on the same file, which does not match a community of houses. The name is spelled more than one way across the titles too, so a search under one spelling can miss what was filed under another.
