PH Cerromar

PH Cerromar stands 25 floors on Calle 47 Este in Bella Vista — the street known in the area as Calle Colombia. Construction finished in 1999. No developer, architect or shared facility is named for it.

Completion in 1999 places it among the established buildings rather than the recent ones, with a long working life already behind its structure and systems.

Twenty-six apartments occupy those 25 floors, each with its own title. The fee, the repairs and the assembly votes split 26 ways rather than a few hundred, so a single owner counts heavily in both the money and the vote.
