PH Carreras Tower rises 28 floors on Calle José Isaac Fábrega in El Cangrejo and was finished in 2017. Sixty-four apartments are registered in it, and parking is the shared facility on file — five levels of it.
A social floor carries a pool with a waterfall, a gym, open terraces, a children's play area and an enclosed party room with its own kitchen. A backup generator and a water reserve tank cover the building when city power or water stops.
Sixty-four owners is a small group. The monthly fee, the repairs and every decision taken in assembly fall to those 64 apartments rather than to a few hundred, so a single owner's position counts for more here than it would in a larger building.
