PH Bella Vista Park

PH Bella Vista Park rises 30 floors on Calle 43 Este in Bella Vista and was completed in 2008. Eighty-five apartments are registered inside it. The developer isn't confirmed.

The tower faces Parque Urracá across the street, and the park opens onto the Cinta Costera, so the courts, the green space and the coastal path are a walk from the lobby rather than a drive.

Two bedrooms across about 160 m² is the common layout, a lot of floor area behind that bedroom count. Residents share a pool with jacuzzi and sundeck, a gym, a party room and a children's playground.

Those 85 apartments are the whole ownership group. Lift maintenance, the water system and the facade of a 30-floor tower are funded by them, and the same 85 vote on what the building spends.
