PH Aquamare

PH Aquamare stands on the Punta Pacífica waterfront, in the corregimiento of San Francisco. Fifty-six floors, finished in 2007, 80 units registered.

Those units are not one single product. Seventy are apartments. Ten are duplexes, each one spread over more than a single level, and one further unit carries no type at all.

The formats run large. Floor plans fall between 355 and 692 m², the biggest of them laid out as penthouses, which is how 56 floors come to hold 80 units. Upper floors take in both the Pacific and the city skyline. Two pools, a fitness centre, a barbecue terrace and round-the-clock security are shared, and the same 80 owners fund them.

That split matters when weighing one unit against another here. A duplex and an apartment are different formats, so a like-for-like read inside Aquamare runs within the 70 apartments or within the ten duplexes rather than across them.
