Ph Altavista Towers
Ph Altavista Towers stands inside Residencial El Bosque, on Calle Las Palmeras off Avenida Ricardo J. Alfaro — the Tumba Muerto corridor — in the corregimiento of Victoriano Lorenzo, San Miguelito. It was completed in 2011 and holds 240 individually titled apartments, alongside two common-area titles.
The plural in the name is borne out. Titles here are labelled to Torre 1, Torre 2, Torre 3 and Torre 4, though a large share carry no tower label at all. The 15 floors held for the complex are one tower's height, so a unit advertised as high-floor is high inside its own tower.
Listings describe a pool, a gym, a covered multi-use court and a children's playground on the grounds, plus a gatehouse with 24-hour access control, a standby generator and a water reserve tank. Four apartments open onto each floor, so a landing here is shared with three neighbours.
Two hundred and forty owners share the fee, the repairs and every assembly vote, which is the group that decides any work on the complex.
