Pacific Point Torre 200

Torre 200 is one of the towers of Pacific Point, the gated compound Pacific Developers built on some 45,000 square meters of oceanfront along the Bay of Panama, in Punta Pacífica. Towers and villas share the parcel behind a single gate — tropical gardens, roughly 300 meters of shoreline, a seafront promenade — a garden-compound format rather than a standalone high-rise on the street.

Completed in 2006, Torre 200 belongs to the complex's original phase: Pacific Point went up in stages from the mid-2000s and closed its run in 2021 with Torre 400, the last tower built on the property. The tower itself stacks around 64 apartments over 44 floors — few homes per level.

The shared grounds carry the rest of daily life: tennis, squash and racquetball courts, children's play areas, and a clubhouse with gym and spa.
