P.H. Yoo Panama is a twin-tower oceanfront residential complex on Avenida Balboa, where the Arts and Yoo towers rise from a shared podium. Its interiors and branding were shaped by Philippe Starck through his YOO studio, with the Panamanian firm Bettis Tarazi Arquitectos as architect of record. Construction began in 2008 and the complex opened in November 2013.

The taller Arts tower rises 78 floors to an architectural height of 247 metres, combining offices with 56 residential levels and roughly 234 condominiums; it is the fifth-tallest building in Panama. Its companion Yoo tower holds around 275 condominiums across 52 levels.

Residents share a 300 m² pool ringed with day cabanas, a day spa with jacuzzi and saunas, a gym, professional squash courts, and a children's area with a 60 m² pool, and homes were finished with Poliform Italian kitchens and marble floors. A three-level garden crowns the roof, looking over the city and the Pacific. It was developed by Durex Property Group, backed by Grupo Attie and Consorcio General.
