P.H. Yacht Club | Av. Balboa

P.H. Yacht Club is a 57-story landmark on Avenida Balboa, designed by the Panamanian firm Mallol & Mallol around a single idea: the building is a yacht. Its floor plates trace the silhouette of a ship facing the sea, and the tower crests in a glass-clad razor-point crown that reads clearly against the Panama Bay skyline. Completed in 2012, it reaches 196 metres and stands among the tallest towers on the avenue.

The theme carries through to a private yacht club with boats and marina access, alongside a two-story lobby with an indoor waterfall and an infinity pool. It sits on the seafront face of Calidonia, where units look directly over the bay and the Cinta Costera, a short walk from the coastal promenade with the banking district close behind.
