P.H. White Tower rises 62 floors on Avenida Vasco Núñez de Balboa in Calidonia, finished in 2011 and developed by Grupo Syasa. Its massing is turned slightly off the street grid toward the bay, a rotation an architectural reference credits to daylight; the same source puts roof height at 218 metres, and Doka GmbH engineered the structure.

One hundred and ninety-six apartments sit under the building's title, along with one further registered unit carried without a type. That is a large ownership group. The monthly fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are shared among 196 owners.

Parking, a pool and a playground are the recorded amenities, and the same architectural reference adds a spa and a basketball court among the lower-level social areas. Property guides describe the pool as an infinity edge with a jacuzzi beside it, and add a sauna, a party room, a barbecue area, a gym, visitor parking and a standby generator, over five levels of parking.
