P.H. Waters On The Bay

P.H. Waters On The Bay rises 69 floors — 232 metres — on Avenida Balboa in Bella Vista and was finished in 2011. All 208 registered units are apartments, filed under a single building name with no tower division, so the 69 floors describe one structure and a floor number means the same thing throughout.

The tower faces the Cinta Costera waterfront and stands beside YOO Panamá on the avenue's residential run. Its apartments are oriented to the water.
