P.H. Waterfalls

P.H. Waterfalls rises 38 floors on Calle 78 Este in San Francisco de la Caleta, corregimiento of San Francisco, alongside the Atlapa Convention Center, and was finished in 2011. Ninety-eight of its registered units are apartments.

Two commercial premises sit in the same building, and one further registered unit carries no type at all. Commercial neighbours change the traffic through a lobby, the hours the building keeps and the way the maintenance budget is divided.

Arango Realty's project record gives three apartment models — 129, 149 and 184 square metres, at two and three bedrooms — and shared areas that never reached the register: a pool, a gym, an event and games room, a squash court, a terrace, a barbecue area, parking and round-the-clock security.

No unit here carries a tower designation, so those 38 floors belong to a single structure: a floor number means the same thing from one apartment to the next, with no second stack to confuse it with. The building is filed under two spellings of the same name, P.H. Water Falls and P.H. Waterfalls, and its units are split between them, so a search under one spelling returns only part of the building.
