P.H. Victory Wellness

P.H. Victory Wellness is a 20-floor apartment tower of roughly 110 units on Vía Cincuentenario, in the corner of San Francisco the market knows as Coco del Mar — officially, barrio Loma Alegre. The Velopers delivered it in November 2022 as the wellness half of the two-tower Victory Active Community; its 24-floor sister, Victory Sport, followed around 2023, and residents of either tower use the amenities of both.

The wellness program is the point, not a naming exercise: some 2,700 m² of common areas — pool, gym, paddle court, yoga deck, therapy room, jacuzzi, wellness café, cinema, pet park — with the ACTIVE wellness center taking the tower's top three levels.

The setting is a quiet residential corner near the water, with direct access to Corredor Sur and Parque Omar a few minutes away. The tower took first place at CEMEX Panamá's Premio Obras 2023 construction awards.
