P.H. Victoria Tower

P.H. Victoria Tower rises 37 floors on Calle 54 Este in Obarrio, corregimiento of Bella Vista, and was completed in 2003. It holds 34 registered units, 33 of them apartments and one a commercial office.

That is a small ownership group for a tower of that height. The monthly fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are divided among a few dozen owners, and the office title votes in that same assembly as the homes.

Apartments here reach about 206 m² with three bedrooms. The tower keeps a full back-up generator and a water reserve tank — the two systems that decide whether a power cut or a water cut is felt inside the apartment — alongside a pool, jacuzzi, gym, party room and BBQ area.

Victoria Tower is one building rather than a complex of towers, so the 37 floors describe the whole of it. An apartment on a high floor here is high in the building itself.
