P.H. Top Towers - Torre B

P.H. Top Towers - Torre B rises 43 floors in Costa del Este, within the corregimiento of Parque Lefevre. Top Towers Development Corp. delivered the tower in 2017, and 111 apartments hold individual title inside it.

Top Towers is a two-tower development at the entrance to Costa del Este, on Avenida Centenario opposite DHL. A social area of roughly 4,000 m² serves both towers: an infinity pool with a separate children's pool and jacuzzi, a gym with sauna and steam room, a squash court, a home theatre, a business centre, a party room, a children's play area and a barbecue terrace. Both towers draw on it, and both carry its cost.

Each tower keeps its own lobby and four high-speed lifts. Two-bedroom apartments across the development are marketed between roughly 113 and 118 m², with three-bedroom penthouses above them.

Torre B stands on its own record as a single structure, so the 43 floors and the 111 apartments belong to this tower rather than to the pair counted together. A listing that calls a unit here high-floor is describing a position inside Torre B.
