P.H. Top Towers - Torre A

Torre A is one half of the Top Towers twin-tower complex at the entrance to Costa del Este, a 43-story silhouette by Mallol & Mallol Arquitectos completed in 2017. It stacks residential apartments over three levels of offices and ground-floor retail, so a household lives, works, and runs errands without leaving the address. What sets the tower apart is how few homes share each floor: just four apartments per level, served by four high-speed elevators, with layouts running from around 74 to 234 square meters. Residents share roughly 4,000 square meters of amenities, including an infinity pool, a gym with sauna and steam room, a squash court, a business center, and a home theater. Costa del Este is Panama City's planned coastal district — grid-laid streets, green space, private schools, and corporate headquarters — and Top Towers sits at its gateway on Avenida Centenario, with direct access to the Corredor Sur toward the airport and downtown.
