P.H. Ten Tower
Costa del Este
P.H. Ten Tower rises 50 floors in Costa del Este, in the corregimiento of Juan Díaz, delivered in 2011 by Urban Development Group (UDG).
Two unit counts sit side by side. The building summary carries 100 units, while the individual titles come to 90 apartments plus one common-area title. Those 90 are the homes that hold their own title — the ones that exist as separate property and can be bought, financed and resold.
UDG's own project page for the tower describes a lobby 20 metres high with water features and internal mezzanines opening directly onto the parking levels, and lists a solar deck, a gymnasium, a jacuzzi, adult and children's pools, a children's game room and playground, a basketball half-court, and a reception hall fitted with kitchen and bar — none of it captured in the registry entry. That same page sets the tower's outlook over the Causeway, the island of Taboga and the Pacific.
