P.H Summer Hill

P.H Summer Hill rises 20 floors on Avenida 23D Norte, in Villa de las Fuentes, and was finished in 2008.

Eighty units are counted for the building overall, and 58 of them are apartments holding their own individual title — those are the homes that can be bought and sold as apartments here. Three houses and a land title sit inside the same registration, alongside the umbrella titles for the shared property. Both counts stand, and neither is presented as correcting the other.

Bethania, the corregimiento around it, borders Ancón to the north, Bella Vista and Pueblo Nuevo to the south, San Miguelito to the east and Curundú to the west. It mixes housing with service premises and holds a large amount of park and green space, so the blocks around a 20-floor tower here are not uniformly residential.
