P.H. Park View Residences

P.H. Park View Residences rises 20 floors in Costa del Este, the planned district east of the city centre, and holds 80 registered apartments. A&Z Developers delivered the tower in 2018, and a children's play area is on record among its shared spaces.

Apartments come in two formats, 218 and 238 m², four to a floor on the typical levels — the larger ones facing the ocean, the others the hills. Project material adds four high-speed elevators and two recreational levels holding a pool, a gym, a sauna, a squash court, a party lounge and a game room. Times Square Center is the nearest retail anchor.

Eighty households carry the building between them. The monthly fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are split eighty ways, and quorum at an assembly is a short list of doors.
