P.H. Pacific Hills Elite 500 rises 60 floors in Dos Mares, completed in 2017 and developed by Pacific Hills.

The developer lists two apartment layouts, at 125 m² and 185 m², both with three bedrooms and two parking spaces, and an outlook over the Pacific, the Parque Natural Metropolitano and the city. Shared facilities run to pools for adults and children, an equipped gym, a party room and round-the-clock private surveillance; none of them appear on the registry file.

All 165 apartments belong to a single owners' association. The monthly fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are shared among those 165 owners, and a decision taken once by that assembly carries across all 60 floors.

Each of the 165 apartments carries its own title, which is what lets any one of them be bought, financed and resold on its own.
