P.H. Ocean Two
Costa del Este
P.H. Ocean Two rises 73 floors on Avenida Paseo del Mar, in Costa del Este, and was finished in 2010. F&F Properties is the developer on file, and the project was built jointly with Quality Investments, Inversiones Natasha and Tribaldos. Its façade is mirrored by the neighboring Ocean One tower, which is why the two read as a matched pair.
At 245.7 metres it was the tallest building in Panama and in Latin America when it opened, a standing it held until The Point passed it the following year. Height on that scale sets the maintenance agenda: lifts, pumps and façade access are the lines that keep coming back.
The building carries 103 registered units, but only 58 of them are apartments. Thirty-five are houses, five are land, and the rest are the umbrella titles that hold the shared property.
So the apartments a buyer can weigh in this tower number 58, and the shared areas are held together with house owners and landholders, not with apartment owners alone.
