P.H. Luma Vista Hermosa

P.H. Luma Vista Hermosa was delivered in 2017: eleven floors, 63 apartments, in Vista Hermosa, corregimiento of Pueblo Nuevo. Five commercial premises hold their own titles here too, and a commercial neighbour changes the traffic through the entrance and the hours the building keeps.

Listings for the building describe considerably more than the pool and the rooftop on record: a gym, an events hall, a barbecue zone, a children's play room, owner and visitor parking, 24-hour security. That longer amenity list belongs to the marketing material and sits outside what the building's registration confirms.
