P.H. Lagos del Norte

P.H. Lagos del Norte is a house community on Boulevard El Lago, in the Villa Zaita area of Las Cumbres, on the northern side of the district of Panamá. It was completed in 2014, in the corregimiento of Ernesto Córdoba Campos.

210 homes hold individual title here, and those are the ones that can be bought, financed and resold today. Eighty-two house titles, seventy-four parent titles and one for common area sit alongside them, which is why the total on file runs well above 210. There is no floor count, because a community of houses has no tower to count.

Listings for houses inside the community describe a round-the-clock security gate, playgrounds, a multipurpose field and gazebos, with homes on cul-de-sacs a short walk from the Plaza del Lago shopping plaza. Those are broker descriptions, and the developer is not confirmed.

Line 1 of the metro now runs north to its terminus at Villa Zaita, with a bus and taxi interchange at the station.
