P.H. Green View rises 43 floors in Santa María, delivered complete in 2017 by Arval Developers.

Those floors hold 147 registered units, and that sets the shape of ownership here. The cost of running the building and every vote that governs it are divided among 147 owners, and an association of that size settles things by formal process more than by conversation between neighbours.

The tower stands on the Santa María golf course, so the outlook on that side is over fairway rather than over the next façade. Apartments come in three sizes — 188, 215 and 235 square metres — each with three bedrooms, a terrace, a den and a service room, and each carrying two or three parking spaces. That is a narrow spread for a 43-floor building: neighbours here bought broadly the same thing, which keeps the assembly's interests closer together than in a tower mixing very different unit sizes.

The rooftop is the shared space on record, and it carries a lounge with barbecue and a sky bar at the top of the 43 floors. The levels below add an Olympic-size pool, a gym, a party hall and a covered play area for children.
