P. H. El Botánico

P.H. El Botánico is a single 20-floor tower in Bella Vista, finished in 2022, with 165 registered units inside it. It stands on Calle 42, on the site of the old Bella Vista theatre, one block from a Line 1 metro station and from the Hospital Nacional, and roughly 400 metres from the Cinta Costera.

The design threads vertical gardens through the shared floors — the planting is built into the common areas, which is what the 'garden building' label refers to. Those gardens are common property, so their upkeep is carried by all 165 apartments, as is the rooftop, the only amenity on the record. No developer is named for the building.

Project material adds a pool and solarium, a crossfit gym, a sports bar, a children's play room, barbecue areas, urban planting beds, six lifts and a concierge on duty around the clock, with the rooftop listed as a Sky Lounge. Six lifts across 20 floors keeps the morning queue short.

All 165 registered units are apartments, which makes the ownership group here entirely residential.
