P.H. Coral Towers

P.H. Coral Towers holds 250 apartments across two towers, Torre 100 and Torre 200, in Carrasquilla, in the corregimiento of San Francisco. Promotora Besco S.A. delivered the complex in 2017.

The 30-floor height belongs to one tower, not to the two taken together, so a unit described as high-floor here is high within its own tower. Three commercial premises sit under the same title as the apartments, which puts non-residential owners inside the same maintenance budget and the same assembly as the 250 apartment owners.

Besco's project page places the complex on Calle 80, off Vía España, within reach of Avenida 12 de Octubre and close to Parque Omar. It describes apartments of 70 and 81.25 m², imported porcelain flooring and granite counters, and more than 1,300 m² of social area holding adult and children's pools, a sun deck, two event rooms, a covered terrace, a gym, a children's playground and a barbecue and kitchen area. The same page runs the floor plans from one bedroom to three, so households of very different sizes share the lifts, the pools and the same set of house rules.
